Having grown from a small family business, established in 1982, to one of the regions leading teams of highly qualified & approved installers and technicians, Acaster Plumbing & Heating Ltd pride ourselves in our ability to offer a professional service that is second to none.

With a team of over 30 engineers, pipe-fitters, and trainees - backed by a management and technical structure with an accumulative total of trade experience exceeding 70 years - our company boasts a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience spanning all disciplines of the plumbing & heating trade, which not only includes all aspects of conventional domestic and commercial installations, but also a well established and ever-increasing involvement in ecologically advanced technologies such as Condensing boilers, Underfloor Heating, Solar Heating and Geothermal systems.

Whilst maintaining our position as one of the most rapidly expanding plumbing & heating companies in the Southwest, we strive to provide all of our customers with the type of service and support they would expect from a local family business.

Our focus is to provide a professional service that continually achieves a high standard of workmanship - not only by ensuring our engineers receive regular training to obtain qualifications and approval status through organisations such as CORGI, OFTEC and WRAS - but also by maintaining a close relationship with many of the well known product manufacturers such as Worcester Bosch, Myson and Uponor Housing Solutions , and benefiting from the enhanced technical and product support these manufacturers can offer - a level of service we are able to extend to our customers.
In addition, we have recently created a dedicated Servicing & Maintenance department through which our specialist engineers can offer our customers round-the-clock support and emergency assistance for things such as boiler breakdowns and leaks.

Our head office, based in Launceston, is ideally located at the centre of the Southwest region, near to the A30, and with engineers living in areas stretching from Ivybridge to Wadebridge we are able to offer our services to almost all areas of Devon & Cornwall.
